Shelley Crooms

Hi and welcome to my website.  My name is Shelley Streed Crooms and I am a native of Mobile AL.  After high school at Murphy High School and college at Troy University (formerly Troy State University), I moved to Louisiana where I bought my first house and started working for the lady who was my Realtor.  As her assistant, I gained an interest in Real Estate.  During my 8 years in Louisiana, I bought and sold 3 houses and lived in a few rentals.  After that I moved to Arkansas where I bought and sold two more houses. Throughout all of these Real Estate transactions, I met some really great and some not-so-great agents.  When I moved back to Sweet Home Alabama, I knew it was time to pursue my own Real Estate career. 

Having lived in Mobile for 23 years, and now living on the Eastern Shore, I love serving clients on both sides of the Bay.  I have worked with Buyers and Sellers from Theodore to Orange Beach and everywhere in between--West Mobile, Midtown, Spanish Fort, Daphne, Montrose, Fairhope and Foley.  I have also served clients in all stages of life from first-time buyers, those relocating for jobs, people moving closer to family, downsizing, upsizing, 2nd home purchases etc.  I have sold houses built in the early 1900's up to brand new construction and I have personally lived in houses from fixer-uppers to brand new construction.
