David Turk

David Turk is a real estate professional with Bellator Real Estate & Development.

Having been born and raised in this unique area of Alabama’s Gulf Coast, David Turk now resides in Fairhope with his wife Britney and their children Cadence, Liam and Lucy. They have lived in Fairhope for over 4 years and enjoy being involved in the local schools and community. His love for the area and people has inspired him to pursue a career in real estate. He has moved 3 times since coming to the area and loved the process of home buying and selling.  He enjoyed it so much that he wanted to devote his time to helping others find their dream home or perfect investment property. David is a low-pressure real estate consultant whose goal is simply to guide individuals through the process of buying or selling their home in a timely manner for the best possible price. The fact that this transaction is more often than not a family’s largest investment in life is why David approaches this task with great care. He is ambitious in his desire to create a wonderful real estate experience for each person. David takes every transaction very personally because it is personal to his clients.  This is why he is very thorough in all of his work so he can be sure to give you the service that you deserve. 

David spends much of his free time on the bay. He enjoys sailing with his friends and family from the Fairhope Yacht Club, fishing in Weeks Bay and sunset cruises with his wife. His kids love swimming in between the piers and playing out on a jet ski. If you happen to go to First Friday and any of the many art shows you will likely run into him and his family.
