Lacie Maynard has been an active real estate professional in our gulf coast community since 1993. Lacie moved here with her family in the early 1960s and has experienced first-hand the changes and growth our community has experienced. Selling and listing properties from the golf course to gulf front, Lacie truly loves this local paradise she calls home and hopes to help others connect to their perfect gulf coast community.

Lacie joined Bellator Real Estate’s Gulf Shores office in 2022, bringing with her much experience and finesse. Lacie strives to provide her clients with professional service and has earned a reputation of honesty and integrity, which is evidenced by the referral business she has amassed. The highest compliment Lacie receives is a referral from a client whose experience far-exceeded his or her expectations.

Driven by her desire to provide her clients with the highest level of service, Lacie has achieved additional real estate designations such as her broker’s license, e-Pro Designation, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and has also served for the Baldwin County Association of Realtors as past Southern Region vice president, past Board of Directors, past State Director, and past Chairman for Make America Better Committee. Additionally, she is a member of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® (WCR). Lacie has also received numerous awards within her branch office as top listing and selling agent, number one agent in gross sales and transaction numbers, and Top 10 Agent.

Lacie is actively involved with her church and has spent a decade volunteering with Habitat for Humanity in the areas of construction, fund raising, church relations, partner sponsorships and more.
