Heather Davis

For the past 11 years, Heather Davis has been purchasing homes, flipping properties, and remodeling them for short and long-term rentals. Real estate has always been a passion of Heather’s and she has joined Bellator Real Estate & Development’s West Mobile office to pursue her dream full-time.

Heather has a BA in Accounting from City University of Seattle and worked for the Alabama Department of Revenue from 2012-2018 as a Revenue Examiner and later in the Department of Defense, in the Defense Contract Audit Agency division from 2018-2022.

With an eye for numbers and legalese, Heather began investing in real estate and now specializes in investment properties, Airbnbs, Section 8 rentals, and house flips. Heather, a retired military spouse, is also adept in military relocations.

As a co-owner of Davis Family Construction, LLC as well as Davis Family Staging, Heather is able to assist clients sell their homes by providing necessary services of home repair and staging for a smooth transaction. Her construction company also specializes in repairing recently purchased homes or investment properties.

As Secretary of Cotton Bayou’s Condominium Association’s HOA Board located in Orange Beach, Alabama, Heather is experienced with condo insurance and managing Cotton Bayou’s multi-million dollar rebuild after Hurricane Sally.

Heather lives with her husband, Nathan, a disabled vet, and two son’s in West Mobile, where she enjoys watching her son, Dylan, play for Baker High School’s football team and Gavin achieve belts in Jiu Jitsu. The Davis family enjoys the beautiful beaches of Alabama, fishing, hunting and traveling. In her spare time, Heather volunteers as a financial advisor for low-income families.
