Loxley Communities

Loxley has become a hub for many businesses, including the area’s distribution warehouse for Ashley Furniture Homestore; a distribution center for Ace Hardware; one of the region’s largest wholesale nurseries; Budweiser Busch Distributing; and dozens of other businesses. In July 2018, Kaishan Group opened a 65,000 square foot facility in Loxley, housing corporate offices and an air compressor plant. Loxley is also home to a gated golf course community and hunting club. The 1400+/- acre development is located north of Interstate 10. The Baldwin County Strawberry Festival is one of the area’s largest events and takes place each year at Loxley Municipal Park. This event draws thousands of people to Loxley and brings over 180 vendors to Baldwin County for the two-day festival.
