Foley is only minutes from the white, sandy beaches of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, making it a popular area for new construction. The Intracoastal Waterway runs east to west between Foley and north of Gulf Shores.
Just a quick trip to the west, Magnolia Springs offers quiet, river-front living convenient to all the amenities of Foley. Magnolia Springs is one of the few places where the United States Postal Service still delivers mail by boat, so homes can have both a river route address and a street address.
