Will Lowery

As President of 68Venture's TerraCore Development Services, Will Lowrey is responsible for leading the land development arm under the 68 Ventures umbrella of companies. This includes managing all land development projects for 68 Ventures and its affiliated investors through the entire development process from start to finish, including land acquisition, due diligence, engineering design, entitlement, construction, and underwriting. TerraCore Development Services has approximately 1,000 lots currently under construction at any given time and operates from Mobile County, AL east to Bay County, FL.
