About Me

Stefanie Pritchett is a full time Realtor, she places great importance on marketing especially on social media to target the masses. "I treat all my owners the same by marketing each property as if it were a million dollar listing or more", says Stefanie.

She believes strong families make strong communities. Her number one priority is her faith, her family, and helping others. She is a devoted wife, loving mother to a son and and daughter. Stefanie takes pride in her family heritage as being true natives to the Gulf Shores area. Her family has owned land on Fort Morgan Rd. for 100's of years. She is a Realtor with Bellator Real Estate and Development of Orange Beach and has been a local resident of Baldwin County all of her life. From childhood she has lived in Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, Foley, Bon Secour, Elberta, Lillian, but has settled on 5 acres in Loxley.

Stefanie holds her Real Estate license in Orange Beach but is happy to serve her clients all over Baldwin County, she loves the Gulf Coast area! Her slogan "Serving Coastal to Country" means just that! Her clients consist of Real Estate investors who live out of state and own a waterfront beach condo in Orange Beach, to a permanent local resident who has a Farmhouse with land in Loxley!

She decided to become a Realtor shortly after she became a mom. Choosing a career in Real Estates sales and marketing would allow her to manage her work schedule and her family and church time. She has always had a loving and supportive family who have always encouraged her to have a strong work ethic and do the best she could do to serve others and in so doing- fulfill her dreams. "There's a popular saying that if you help enough people get what they want, you'll get what you want. I want to put my relationship with my client above the transaction", says Stefanie.
