Marissa Rennaker

My name is Marissa Rennaker and I am a licensed Realtor with Bellator with almost ten years of experience selling real estate on the Gulf Coast. A member of the National Association of Realtors, Alabama Association of Realtors, and Baldwin County Association of Realtors and an active member of both the Baldwin and Mobile MLS. I have proven real estate experience in residential, commercial, waterfront, land, and investment sales. I have consistently been a multi-million dollar producer and a Top Producing Agent at Bellator Real Estate.
 
I have degrees in Communications Marketing and Technology from Purdue University, and my education and experience allow me to design digital content that will optimize your property for maximum online exposure. Sellers find me to be knowledgeable in real estate, experienced in sales and negotiation, and an expert at implementing marketing strategies that take your property from listed to sold.

My process is laid-back and data-driven. I am allergic to pushy sales tactics.:) I provide my clients with the information and guidance they need to make an informed decision - and then I handle every single detail to ensure a smooth transaction. I communicate often and effectively and use my marketing and negotiation expertise to get properties sold for top dollar.   
 
Outside of real estate, I have three children, who are all active in school and sports and keep my life interesting and fun. I love this community and I am proud to serve with the Daphne Educational Advisory Committee and the Eastern Shore Metropolitan Planning Organization. I am a certified yoga teacher and in my free time you can often find me teaching or taking a class at the studio. I play pickleball and tennis and love spending time on the water kayaking and paddleboarding. Food is a big deal and I enjoy eating at all the fantastic local restaurants and listening to live music.
