Julie Vreeland is a licensed real estate professional with Bellator Real Estate & Development, serving both buyers and sellers along the Eastern Shore. Julie has been a real estate agent for over five years and was awarded “Top Producer” in her office in 2019. With over 20 years of management experience, Julie has developed a strong business acumen in the areas of marketing, management, and public relations. Julie is passionate about achieving a successful real estate experience for her clients and is particularly proficient in facilitating the closing process between the lender, mortgage company, buyers and sellers. 

With a dedicated work ethic and determination, Julie is looking forward to expanding her sales knowledge to the new home market. When she isn’t attending to her clients’ needs, she is happy spending time with her family in the beautiful water of the Gulf Coast!
