Forest Bernardi

Forest Bernardi is a real estate professional with The Dodson Team at Bellator Real Estate & Development. Forest serves both buyers and sellers in the Baldwin County communities along Alabama’s beautiful Gulf Coast. With many years of customer service experience, Forest is a real estate agent who prides herself on an excellent buying and selling experience for each and every client she serves.

With over 13 years of experience, Forest began her real estate career by working as a real estate assistant to her mother before becoming a full time listing agent. As she gained several years of real estate experience, Forest, along with members of her family, joined one of top builders in the southeast, marketing new construction sales for the last 10 years before moving her business and family to lower Alabama. Her family’s team went on to become the builder’s top producing real estate team, selling over 100 homes per year.

In 2019, Forest was honored for having the highest percentage of customer satisfaction ratings per the Avid Rating system for her company, as well as recognized as a Top 5 producing agent for the builder in the state of Alabama. Also, her family’s real estate team as a whole was recognized as being one of the top sales teams for volume and number of transactions closed  in the State of Alabama per the multiple listing service.

Forest earned a bachelor of Fine Arts degree from UNC Charlotte, before going on to earn her real estate license in the state of Alabama where her family relocated to in 2004.

Forest attributes her successful career to the love, support and close bond of her family, as well as her faith in God. Forest and her husband Tony call Fairhope, AL home, and have two children together, Ava and Evan. In her spare time, Forest loves to spend time with her children and enjoys cooking, music, art, red wine and spending time by the water.
