For the past five years, Felicia Chesmer and her family have owned a home in Orange Beach where they would visit for much needed rest and relaxation. After a 27-year police career in Minneapolis, M.N., Felicia and her husband made a joint decision to retire to the beautiful beaches of our Gulf Coast Community.
Not wanting to completely retire from a life of customer and public service, Felicia has embraced her love of real estate and house hunting by joining Bellator Real Estate & Development’s Orange Beach office.
In Minnesota, Felicia was a board member for the MN 100 Club, a non-profit organization that gives funding to fallen police officers’ families to help with funeral expenses and monetary support, as well as helping the children of fallen police officers celebrate at Christmas time. Felicia is a recipient of a Challenge Coin and letter of commendation from former President George W. Bush for her part in a joint operation with the U.S. Navy for victim recovery in the 35W Bridge Collapse on the Mississippi River. Felicia has also received many awards for creating a diversion program for at risk youth.
Felicia is passionate about her community and in helping those around her. Real estate is a natural draw for her, reflecting that she can be the best part of a family’s day, when she helps them in their journey in purchasing a new home.
