Colleen Harrison

Colleen Harrison’s made her entrance onto the real estate stage as a property manager, and that role turned into a seven-year profession. Colleen acknowledges that success in property management comes from meticulous business management, careful attention to detail and superior customer service. It’s this experience that brings Colleen to the sales side of real estate as a team member of Bellator Real Estate & Development. Colleen has been a licensed real estate agent since 2018 and recognizes that a house is both a financial investment and a home.

Colleen uses her negotiation skills, education, and marketing strategies to simplify the business side of real estate for her clients. She doesn’t allow contract nuances, jargon and “red tape” to interfere with her clients’ joy of buying or leasing a new home or business. Colleen’s goal is to hear her clients exclaim, “Well, that was much easier than I thought it would be!”

Colleen grew up in Bayou La Batre, AL and earned her B.A. from the University of South Alabama, where she majored in Art and minored in computer science. Community is a big part of who Colleen is and it’s important to her to become involved in community affairs. She is an Ambassador with the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce and was selected twice as Ambassador of the Month. She has also volunteered many hours with the Bayou La Batre Historical Association and the disaster recovery team for the United Methodist Committee on Relief, contributing her graphic design talent as well as her organizational skills.

One of Colleen’s most exciting adventures is the work she’s done in film, television and commercial production throughout the state of Alabama. Beginning as a professional actor, her work in this area expanded to casting, location management, and production coordination. This creative and resourceful side to Colleen’s skillset gives her a different and more creative spin on marketing your property with expertise to match.

Colleen’s real estate experiences combined with her business savvy and creative direction, definitely lend to the words, “Well, that was much easier than I thought it would be!”
