Chaunette McKinney is a REALTOR with the Beckham Partners in Bellator Real Estate & Development’s Eastern Shore office. Chaunette grew up in Mobile and now calls Fairhope home.
Chaunette’s earliest experiences in real estate took place as a child after church on Sundays. Her family would attend open houses looking for their next flip. However, her real sales experience was with her family’s grocery business. From the time Chaunette was old enough to stand on two milk crates, she was learning the family business. For over 15 years, Chaunette was a specialty food buyer and attended trade shows to bring new, unique, and fun items to the stores’ shelves. She also represented 168 independent grocery stores in the southeast and assisted in buying for these stores as well as the corporate store.
Chaunette knows people, she knows community and she knows business. Even with such a strong business background and skill set, the greatest revelation she has embraced from her experiences is the importance of cultivating relationships with her associates, employees and customers. It’s this deep understanding of people that brings her the most joy in helping her clients find their happy home.
Chaunette and her husband are often found on the sports fields, cheering on their three children. They especially enjoy summer Sportfishing tournaments along our beautiful Gulf Coast. Chaunette is excited to cheer you on in finding your home in our beautiful community!
